Easy to Change - The cartridge for the refill/bag liner is easily removed and the new refill slides over the cartridge. The size refill you need is determined by the size of the pail. This can be determined by viewing the label on the inside of the door of your pail. A Blue label signifies a Diaper Dekor, while a Yellow label denotes a Diaper Dekor Plus.
